Historic St. Francis Inn: St. Augustine, Florida

Just around the corner from St. Augustine's picturesque "Oldest House" you'll find what is unquestionably St. Augustine's "oldest inn," the St. Francis Inn. Dating from 1791, the Inn embodies the rich history and culture of the nation's oldest city, and visitors are invited to delve into the stories that comprise its colorful past.

Spoil Yourself BEFORE the BIG GAME!Book Friday & Saturday nights (Feb 3 & 4) at the Inn and receive a Free Bath Basket for HER and a Free 6-pack of Beer for HIM.  Check out Sunday by noon and be home in time for the Super Bowl!  What a great weekend!  (Subject to availability.  No other deals or discounts with this Super Weekend Special.  Good only on dates specified and you must mention the SUPER BOWL SUPER WEEKEND deal when you book your reservation.)

We stayed at "Our Beach House" last year. It's one of their beautiful properties and it's located steps from the beach. We had the luxury of dining at the historic St. Francis Inn each morning. The Inn is charming, and the staff was wonderful! I am looking forward to visiting again, and my entire family still dreams about their waffles! St. Francis Inn has been designated a Green Lodging facility by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. St. Francis Inn achieved this recognition based on its green practices in water conservation, energy efficiency, waste reduction, improved air quality, recycling, and other areas of operations. This was my first experience at a bed and breakfast. It was a terrific experience and I enjoyed the coziness of the Inn and the chance to mingle with other guests.
Disclosure: I was not obligated to share this post. I hope you consider St. Francis Inn for your next vacation!
