Treatment FIVE! The Strawberry Laser

I am thrilled after my last Strawberry Laser treatment. I lost another 5.4 inches, which brings my grand total to...21.1 inches LOST AND KEPT OFF throughout my treatment. The treatments were spaced out over about 6 weeks. I have also lost 30 pounds!!! Some of that was my slight change in eating habits and the rest was due to the laser. I have also been a little more active, but nothing strenuous. 

I've watch portion sizes, and started using 5 pound weights to do arm curls as I stand on my vibrating platform. I use the vibration platform 2-4 times each day. I check emails and play words with friends when I am not using the arm weights. I haven't started walking yet since it is still a little hot, but this week has cooled off some, so I may start walking soon. 

My stomach...yeah, it is still flabby, but wow. It isn't sagging or hanging as much as it did. The skin feels tighter and I have dropped almost two pants sizes. My shirts are roomier and I am much more comfortable. I have seen a definite change in my shape. The contouring is wonderful, and clothes fit better. If I lost a little more in my hips, I think I could drop down to an even smaller size. My waist would fit properly in pants the next size down. 

I did not believe lasers could work like this. My experience has been life changing. Seeing my shape change each week has inspired me to keep going. I WANT to eat better and exercise. With diets I used in the past, it was a lot of hard work with a long wait for results. I often gave up because I wasn't getting "there" fast enough.
